MCG Holds Inaugural Annual Business Management Meeting

The Mutual Commitment Group (MCG) convened its inaugural Annual Business Management Meeting on 10–11 January in Abuja, bringing together senior management and staff to assess the company’s performance and outline strategic priorities for the year ahead. The two-day event marked a key milestone in the organisation’s development, providing a platform to review achievements and discuss plans for sustained growth.

Dr. Imam Nasir Usman, Director of Operations, highlighted the company’s progress over the past two years, attributing it to teamwork, steady internal growth, and staff commitment. Group Managing Director Liu Zhaolong praised employees for their dedication and stressed the importance of maintaining operational momentum as MCG continues to expand.

The meeting featured an opening lecture by Engineer Abdulaziz Luqman on operational excellence and project management, emphasizing structured operations and disciplined execution to support long-term sustainability.

Departmental presentations offered detailed overviews of activities, accomplishments, and operational challenges, giving management a comprehensive view of the company’s internal performance.

The event concluded with the distribution of participation certificates, reinforcing the focus on leadership continuity, operational efficiency, and shared accountability as MCG moves into its next phase of development.
