China has criticized Japan’s latest draft Defence White Paper for portraying China’s development and activities in the Pacific as security threats. The article urges Japan to learn from its wartime history, handle historical issues responsibly, and build trust with neighbouring countries through concrete actions that support regional peace and stability.
