Physical AI is rapidly moving from research to real-world deployment, enabling intelligent machines to perceive their surroundings, make decisions, and perform complex physical tasks across industries.

Experts say the technology combines real-world data, environmental understanding, and advanced AI models to improve robotics in dynamic settings. Current development focuses on large-scale training, digital simulations, and AI-generated robot programming to enhance performance and adaptability.

Physical AI is expected to see early adoption in sectors such as manufacturing, energy, aerospace, logistics, and infrastructure inspection, where robots can safely perform hazardous or repetitive tasks. A humanoid robot developed in Beijing is already being used for power grid inspections in mountainous areas.

Industry leaders also report major improvements in training efficiency, with faster model development accelerating commercialization. Experts believe China’s diverse industrial environments provide ideal conditions for advancing physical AI through continuous real-world testing and innovation.
