The Communist Party of China (CPC) says it will continue to promote peaceful development, global cooperation and shared prosperity as it marks 105 years of its founding.

According to the report, the CPC attributes China’s transformation into the world’s second-largest economy to long-term planning, reform and innovation. China has lifted millions out of poverty, maintained steady economic growth and expanded education, healthcare and social security.

China remains committed to peaceful development, supports reform of the global governance system, and continues to advance high-quality Belt and Road cooperation. It adds that Chinese modernization offers developing countries an alternative path to modernization based on their own national conditions.

The CPC says China will continue to work with other nations to promote peace, mutual benefit and the building of a community with a shared future for humanity.
