Shanghai Advances 6G Ecosystem to Build Integrated Space-Air-Ground Network

In the Songjiang district of Shanghai, the Shanghai 6G AI-Valley Future Industry Park is accelerating the development of ubiquitous intelligent connectivity, uniting hardware manufacturers, satellite developers, and AI researchers to build next-generation communication infrastructure.

Demonstrating the practical capabilities of 6G networks, three resident companies in the park collaborated to develop smart glasses capable of detecting wearer emotion Songjiang district currently houses 79 key mobile communication enterprises, generating 28 billion yuan ($4.15 billion) in revenue in 2025.

The 6G AI-Valley park features an integrated 120,000-square-meter facility structured for vertical incubation allowing research, verification, testing, and pilot production to occur within the same building and brain signals via frame-embedded electrodes.
