Chinese tea beverage brands are rapidly expanding overseas, boosting the global presence of China’s service sector and culture. Brands such as Chagee, Mixue, and Heytea have opened stores across Asia, North America, Europe, and South America, attracting strong local consumer interest.

By the end of 2025, Mixue operated about 4,500 overseas stores, while Heytea significantly increased its international footprint. Through localized operations, standardized services, and innovative products, these companies are introducing modern Chinese tea culture to global audiences.

Industry observers note that the success of Chinese tea brands reflects a shift from exporting goods to exporting services, experiences, and cultural values. By blending traditional tea culture with contemporary lifestyles, these brands are helping shape a more diverse and relatable image of China worldwide.

As more Chinese service brands expand internationally, they are strengthening cultural exchanges and enhancing China’s influence in the global consumer market.
