Despite rising geopolitical tensions, protectionism, and economic uncertainty, global supply chain cooperation remains a key driver of economic resilience and growth. International organizations have warned of slowing global growth and increasing risks, highlighting the need for stronger collaboration among nations.

China continues to play an active role in strengthening global industrial and supply chains through greater openness and innovation. The fourth China International Supply Chain Expo attracted a record number of international participants, expanding opportunities for cross-border business cooperation.

Supported by advances in digital technology, artificial intelligence, and green manufacturing, China is enhancing the quality and efficiency of global supply chains. Recent findings from the Global Supply Chain Resilience Index also show continued improvements in global supply chain connectivity, innovation, and resilience, reinforcing that openness and international cooperation remain the dominant trend for sustainable global development.
