Marking its 20th anniversary, the BRICS mechanism has evolved from a basic economic dialogue into a comprehensive strategic cooperation framework centered on economy, security, and cultural exchange.

Initiatives like the BRICS Partnership on New Industrial Revolution in Xiamen have fostered over 138 industrial projects and extensive technical training across member and partner nations.

By sharing technology, supporting renewable energy projects, and advancing joint research, BRICS continues to empower the Global South and prepare for its third “Golden Decade,” with China set to assume the presidency again in 2027.
