China has launched Dawning 8000, its first fully domestically developed 100,000-card AI supercluster, at the national supercomputing internet core node in Zhengzhou, Henan Province.

The advanced computing system supports artificial intelligence, scientific research and industrial applications, processing up to 500,000 computing tasks daily.

\Built entirely with homegrown technologies, the supercluster strengthens China’s computing infrastructure. It provides nationwide support for AI model training, weather forecasting, biomedical research, industrial simulation, and other high-performance computing needs.
