Chinese large language models have maintained top call volumes on major overseas platforms due to competitive advantages across the entire industrial chain, including open-source cost reductions, specialized regional dataset tailoring, and robust overseas network infrastructure.

Initiatives like “East Data, West Computing” and direct green power models have lowered energy and operational costs, while government frameworks are establishing secure rules for cross-border data flows. This integrated ecosystem allows Chinese AI firms to supply cost-effective, high-quality intelligent services to businesses and consumers worldwide.
